[edit] What is a task?
A task is the building block of a process. In the KP-Environment, a task is a loosely defined object within a shared space that allows for organizing a process. Tasks can contain:
- other tasks (which would become “subtasks” in this case)
- content items (any type)
[edit] Adding a Task
Using the context menu:
- Right-click on the background of the view area and choose "Add task" (see figure 2).
- Fill out form with necessary information regarding the task to be added.
- Press "OK" to add the task or "Cancel", in order to cancel the whole action.
Using the Menu Bar:
- From the Menu Bar, select File - Add Task (see figure 3).
- Fill out form with necessary information regarding the task to be added.
- Press "OK" to add the task or "Cancel", in order to cancel the whole action.

[edit] Using the context menu:
- Right-click on the task and choose "Modify".
- Make the necessary changes to the task's information in the form that is displayed.
- Then, press "OK" to save the changes or press "Cancel" to not save the changes.

Tasks, as well as Content Items, can be modified in Information Tab.

Using the context menu:
- Right-click on the task and choose "Delete".
